If the goods delivered to you do not correspond to what you ordered, please inform the Customer Service Center immediately who will take care of exchanging the goods as soon as possible or, at your choice, refunding you the amount paid. , with all consequent expenses remaining our responsibility (the only requirement for the validity of the guarantee is that the goods in question are intact and have not been used in any way and that for the tools/power tools they appear to have never been used ).

The exchange of goods will be carried out within the limits of product availability. In the event of ascertained unavailability of the goods to be exchanged, the company G.B.BLANCHET S.r.l. reserves the right to return to the customer the amount paid for the purchase of the goods.

All products sold by G.B.BLANCHET S.r.l. are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty and by the 24-month warranty for defects of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02.

The 24-month warranty pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02 applies to the product that presents a lack of conformity, provided that the product itself is used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and as provided in the attached technical documentation.

This guarantee is reserved for the private consumer (natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or makes the purchase without indicating a VAT number reference in the order form).

In case of lack of conformity, G.B.BLANCHET S.r.l. provides, at no cost to the Customer, until the contract is terminated.

No damage can be requested from G.B.BLANCHET S.r.l. for any delays in carrying out repairs or replacements.

In cases where the application of the guarantees requires the return of the product, the goods will be collected at our expense via express courier.

If the goods delivered to you correspond to what you ordered, but you still wish to exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with the law, (you have the possibility of returning the products in their original packaging or in any case correctly packaged within TEN working days of date of their delivery. It is understood that the goods must be intact and must not have been used in any way. In this case, only the shipping costs will remain at your expense.

ATTENTION! IT IS REITERATED THAT THE REFUND OF THE GOODS AND/OR WITHDRAWAL OF THE CONTRACT (REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSES) CAN BE MADE PROVIDED THAT THE PRODUCT HAS NOT BEEN USED.

THE GOODS TO BE RETURNED MUST BE SENT BACK IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND CORRECTLY PACKAGED TO NOT BE DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORT. THE SENDER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CORRECT SHIPPING OF THE RETURNED PRODUCTS.

Complaints

I. Please always check that the order corresponds to the tools and power tools delivered.

In the event that the goods delivered are defective and/or damaged, please ask the courier to draw up a specific report with protocol and to issue you the copy due (it is important that it corresponds to the day of delivery), immediately informing our Service of this. Customers, in order to promptly resolve the problem that has occurred.

ATTENTION: Receipt of the package without objections from the Customer entails the forfeiture of all claims made by the same due to defects or mechanical damage to the goods. In fact, if the Customer does not draw up a specific report registered together with the courier at the time of delivery, complaints cannot be considered.

In the event of difficulty in checking the goods at the time of delivery or in the case of refusal to draw up the registered delivery report by the courier, please note down the personal data of the courier himself - i.e. his name, surname and telephone number – and provide them immediately to our Customer Service consultant for the necessary feedback.

II. All complaints are considered by referring to the accounting/tax document in your possession (invoice, receipt, etc.).

In the case of goods with a direct manufacturer's guarantee, the Customer can choose between two methods of complaint for the product not corresponding to the contractual clauses:

1. The Customer can lodge a complaint with the seller, i.e. the company G.B.BLANCHET S.r.l. In this case, the complaint must be addressed and sent via email to the address:

2. The Customer can complain about the goods purchased directly from the manufacturer.

In this case the company G.B.BLANCHET S.r.l. can act as a mere intermediary for the transmission of the complaint in question.
