RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

We guarantee the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 64 and following of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005; which provides for the possibility of returning the product within 10 working days from the date of receipt and obtaining a refund.

WARRANTY

All our products are covered by the official manufacturer's warranty. The guarantee will take effect from the moment of issuance of the invoice or receipt with a duration of 2 years for private users and 1 year for companies. Our products are from leading companies with a network of assistance centers throughout the country.

BILLING

The invoice must be requested at the time of purchase by communicating the VAT number and tax code and header. If there is no communication in this regard, we will issue you a receipt.



SHIPPING

We remind you that preparation and shipping will take place only after receipt of payment within the times indicated in the advertisement.
